Improving your strength, cardiovascular conditioning and quality of movement can cause a dramatic improvement in your quality of life. When you do this you will be able to get more out of the activities you enjoy with more strength and energy. As your personal trainer I aim to lead you there by utilizing a progressive and sustainable approach to get you the results you want. I use calisthenics, strength training and HIIT to help my clients become stronger and better conditioned. As your trainer I will tailor your sessions to meet your individual needs and abilities to challenge you adequately but not give you more than you are ready for. I will work with you to make small gains day by day so that you can make great progress in the long term.
