What is it?
Training with friends can make exercise much more enjoyable and be very motivating. That is why I offer small group training sessions for groups of up to 4 people. Highly recommended if you have training buddies with similar goals and abilities.
How it helps
- Groups of 4 or less will get you more attention than fitness classes
- It is a more economical option than personal training
- You get the comfort and support of training with peers
